From marine products and land products, we are making every effort to develop food exchange by providing excellent “traditional taste” both from the world and Japan.
The ingredients such as dried bonitos, dried scallops, shiitake mushrooms and dried weeds, etc., are taste, which are indispensable for the Japanese traditional food culture, and in the marine and land products section we introduce those “traditional taste” to the world to keep the Japanese food culture.
We will further contribute to the development of “food culture” worldwide by introducing fine ingredients from Japan to the world and vice versa from Kobe, which is the trading center of marine and land products.
